Tree Trunk Carvings
London’s Hamilton Road, where most of Alterations’ principal photography was shot, is known for its tree carving sculptures. Ted Haye’s “Honey Tree” opens the school sequence in the film.
Dave Hind is an artist who works in metal. His two dimensional piece, “Red Tree” hung above Clara’s cottage’s fireplace in Alterations.
Of course, since the director has a background in painting murals, Alterations has several works.
